Recently, we completed a drywall repair assignment in Tucson, where we remodeled a fireplace in partnership with Dittiger Construction. For this project, HardieBacker was installed above the fireplace and on top of the hearth. Drywall was then used to update the front of the hearth and patch up the areas on either side of the fireplace. Next, we hand-formed the corners, finished the drywall with a smooth texture, and prepped it for the client to paint. Once this was done, Dittiger Construction added the final touches with the gorgeous client-selected river rock tile and grout. Get an estimate today!
